Joshua is an experienced insurance restoration expert and Army veteran. Before founding Eagle Exteriors, Joshua worked as an insurance claims expert for a local exterior remodeling company. He graduated Cum Laude in Accounting and Business Administration from Methodist University, and earned his MBA with a Business Analytics concentration from Syracuse University.
Joshua is also a licensed drone operator, and a HAGG-certified inspector.

Elizabeth Colbert | MA
Owner / Vice President
Elizabeth Colbert is Co-Owner/Vice President of Eagle Exteriors. Elizabeth has a Bachelor of Science degree from Minnesota University, Mankato, and a Master’s of Organizational Leadership from University of Northwestern, St. Paul.
Elizabeth has applied these disciplines for the past 15 years, working in leadership and Human Resources roles at notable Minnesota-based organizations including Target, Cargill, Pohlad Companies, and Federal Ammunition.
